School Clergy Forms: Policy and Dates

To all parents/carers wishing to submit School Clergy Forms

Please note the application deadlines set by the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for school admissions for the 2026–2027 academic year:

  • Secondary School Applications: Deadline – Friday 31st October 2025
  • Primary School Applications: Deadline – Thursday 15th January 2026

Please note that schools request confirmation of attendance (different schools stipulate different frequencies of attendance and number of years attending) and do not accept letters of recommendation from Clergy. We are only be able to note frequency of attendance to church on the form via a tick box. Please see the School Clergy policy below for more information.                                                                                                                    

Important information regarding Secondary School Applications

Forms will be reviewed by Rev Melanie if submitted by Wednesday 1 October 2025, and after that date by the Church Wardens who are authorised to do so whilst Rev Melanie is on sabbatical leave. Please refrain from contacting Rev Melanie after 1st October, as she will be unavailable during her sabbatical.

All forms must be submitted to the Parish Office in order to be processed.

The final deadline for Secondary School forms is Monday 20 October 2025

The deadline for the submission of Primary School forms is Monday 5 January 2026.

The St Philip and All Saints (The Barn Church) APCM, is Sunday 18th May at 9.30am. Please do come and join the service and APCM.

 Please submit any questions related to the Reports ahead of the meeting to our PCC Secretary, Ela Nistor, via the Parish Office at office@kewbenefice.org no later than midday on Thursday, 15th May.

Notice of Preparation of new Electoral Roll

PARISH OF: St Philip and All Saints (The Barn Church)

Notice is given that under the Church Representation Rules a new Church Electoral Roll is being prepared. Every person who wishes to have his or her name entered on the new Roll, whether it is entered on the present Roll or not, is requested to apply for enrolment no later than: 13 April 2025
 
The new Roll will take effect on: 10th May 2025

PDF versions of the full notice of the preparation of the new electoral roll (signed version visible on the church noticeboard) and the application form to be on the roll can be found below. Forms will also be available on Sundays at the Church between 23 March and 13 April (inclusive).
